Embention Abu Dhabi, an independent company established in the United Arab Emirates, is part of Embention’s mid-term international growth strategy, following the opening of a new production facility in the UAE.
This new factory provides technical services and customer support, and hosts avionics system assembly lines, reinforcing Embention’s global manufacturing and support capabilities while enabling closer proximity to fast-growing aerospace markets in the Middle East and Asia.
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Alicante (Spain), Embention specializes in the development of critical flight control systems for drones and eVTOL aircraft. The company combines a strong innovation-driven culture with sustained international growth.
Embention operates under the highest aeronautical standards, including DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-160, and holds ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certifications. In 2025, the company achieved a major milestone by becoming the world’s first European-certified Production Organization (POA) for autopilots for drones and eVTOLs.

🌟 What would your mission be?
Your mission will be to drive the company's international growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with customers and strategic partners. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to consolidate the company's global expansion, ensuring effective management and excellent customer service.
💡 What will your responsibilities be?
Maintain contact and follow up with customers and representatives
Build customer loyalty and advise customers, offering personalised solutions
Actively seek out new business opportunities
Participate in international trade fairs and customer visits on an ad hoc basis
Drive commercial development in different regions
Generate and manage leads, ensuring daily monitoring of the pipeline through ERP/CRM
Coordinate and support sales agents
Manage key accounts, presenting new product versions and innovative developments

Excellent communication skills and customer focus
Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments
C1 level English (or equivalent)
Passion for technology and continuous learning
📚 Nice to have
Knowledge of other languages, especially Arabic or Chinese
Experience and training in sales or business development
